LUCY Drawing Tool Warranty Policy

This limited warranty applies exclusively to the LUCY Drawing Tool, including the LUCY Pro, LUCY Flex, and LUCY Mini. It does not apply to art supplies or any other non-LUCY products.

The LUCY Drawing Tool is covered under a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly or operation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If purchased directly from DrawLUCY.com, your warranty is automatically registered. If purchased through our official DrawLUCY Amazon store or another approved retail partner, you must register your warranty at: drawlucy.com/pages/warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must contact us at Contact@DrawLUCY.com prior to returning any product or component. Do not ship any item back without first contacting us for instructions.

Proof of purchase or registered warranty is required to validate your warranty and we are happy to look it up for you if needed.

LUCIDArt reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund defective items at its sole discretion. 


Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund hassle free within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Buyer must email us at Contact@DrawLUCY.com before attempting to return any item or part. We will reply back with a return form. Do Not Ship Any Item Back With Out Contacting us First At Contact@DrawLUCY.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which we can look up for you.

Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please pack the return well in the original packaging to avoid damage. The buyer is responsible for returning the item and should save the return shipment tracking number and purchase adequate shipping insurance. Allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return to process and issue a refund.
