Reclaim or Set Up Your LUCY Learning Hub Account

If you forgot your password or never created one, click HERE, then select the "Sign In" button at the top of the screen, and choose "Forgot your password?" Follow the instructions to reset your password, which will then give you access to your account.

Click the link: Start by clicking the link provided to access the login page.

Click "Sign In": On the page, locate the "Sign In" option (indicated by the red arrow) and click it. 

(On your mobile phone, first tap the three horizontal lines (the hamburger menu) to open the navigation menu.)

Select "Forgot Password": When the password pop-up appears, click the "Forgot Password" link in the lower right corner (also indicated by the red arrow).

Follow the Instructions: Complete the steps in the email to create a new password. Be sure to use the same email address you used when signing up for the LUCY Learning Hub.

Once your password is reset, you'll regain access to your account and can start exploring our amazing courses, tutorials, and more!
